Last Day

so, on the last day we went for a walk on the beach, braving the rocks that were slippery with algi. it was freezing, but beautiful none the less.

grandad had something sad to attend to today - a wake. i did not know the man so i politely excused myself for the half hour and took some photos by the beach. it wasn't so cold today, because the sun was out for once. it was nice, i could take off my top jacket. the beach smelled a little funny because of a ccertain level of pollution. but the scenery was nice :) i'm dying to get closer to the birds.

i found a lovely application, my new favourite toy. it makes your ordinary photos into polaroids. these are some of my favourites.

got back from camp today. was full of dirt filled adventures. but plenty of bonding time. mel and laura, i'm sure we'll forever be bound simply by the sight of laurence and his dog paddling. everything was tough, and now i'm sore all over, but a lovely person gave me a number of massages ^^ hate turned to love quite quickly in the three days - for a number of people we see. nothing can be done by us without just a little bit of drama involved. i'm so tired due to my constant sleep talking leading to a lack of sleep, but tonight i'm sure i'll make up for that.

making sand castles has never been so much fun. and it was definitely worth the effort of waking up early to see them. the food was so nice, everyone had seconds. we sat in the sun and watched the others play cricket, and the conversations we had were hilarious. i didn't even feel tired that day, it is too hard to be tired when everyone around you is so happy.
